Before launching Best Agency, she worked in property restoration alongside the property claims industry. That hands-on experience shaped her approach today: focusing on education, honest guidance, and making sure clients understand what they’re actually protected for, not just what’s on paper.

Jackie is a graduate of Hamburg High School and resides in Hamburg with her husband, Ben, children Mason, Aubrey & Benny, and two goldens, Simba and Shadow. Her hobbies include gardening, baking bread & sourdough and cheering on her kids during all their sports.
