An Excellent Experience! That’s how I would describe working with Jackie Best of Best Agency Insurance. Jackie walked us through the process and answered our many questions with patience and knowledge. Her prior, vast experience in the restoration business positively influenced her knowledge and advice. Because of this, we were able to fully understand what we needed. Our coverage now is better and more comprehensive. I hope we never need to use this insurance, but if we do, I am confident that Jackie Best has us covered.

I called Best Agency Insurance in order to get a quote for both homeowners, auto, and an umbrella policy that I had been looking for in order to replace my current insurance carrier. I currently have Progressive and each time I receive a bill for any insurance the amount inevitably goes up. I did try some of the insurance websites where my info goes to multiple sites and I get deluged with quotes, questions, and requests for additional info. In any case, in my search, I settled on Erie Insurance and NYCMA as two insurance companies who provided the insurance I was looking for at a reasonable price along with great customer service. I was on the NYCMA website which indicated that the Best Agency represented them and that is how I was put in touch with Jackie Best. She actually steered me towards the Erie Insurance which is another company that she happens to represent. She recommended them because of their service plus I ended up saving a significant amount of money for better, more comprehensive insurance. She was easy to deal with and ask questions as I am no insurance expert by any measure. She kept her promises and delivered info when I needed it. I would highly recommend her as she is very professional, never pushy, and she optimizes insurance coverage in order to cover the things her customer values. Thanks Jackie!!
