I cannot recommend Jackie at Best Agency Insurance enough!! We had been with our previous insurance company for 9 years — honestly, mostly because I didn’t have the time, energy, or desire to research other companies and figure out the process of switching. I’m SO glad our financial advisor recommended Jackie! She made the entire process literally painless. She talked with me on the phone on a Saturday, while I was sitting at my girls’ swim class, and took the time to review everything with me. She explained everything so clearly, answered all of my questions, followed up, and was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the entire process. I sent her our documents and somehow, just like that, we are now saving $800 PER YEAR on our home and auto with BETTER and more complete and more reassuring coverage!!! The hardest part of the entire process was getting through to someone at my old insurance company to cancel. 😂 I seriously cannot express how easy Jackie made everything on her end. If you’ve been putting off shopping around for insurance because you don’t have the time or energy to deal with it — CALL JACKIE. I’ve already passed her information along to friends because the experience was that good. Incredible service, incredible communication, and $800+ back in our pockets every year. Could not recommend her more!

Jackie was great to work with!! It was time to shop around to find a cheaper auto/home/rental policy and when I reached out to the Best Agency- Jackie was quick to respond, she shopped around and found the best quotes and ended up saving us several hundred dollars!!! I called Best Agency Insurance in order to get a quote for both homeowners, auto, and an umbrella policy that I had been looking for in order to replace my current insurance carrier. I currently have Progressive and each time I receive a bill for any insurance the amount inevitably goes up. I did try some of the insurance websites where my info goes to multiple sites and I get deluged with quotes, questions, and requests for additional info. In any case, in my search, I settled on Erie Insurance and NYCMA as two insurance companies who provided the insurance I was looking for at a reasonable price along with great customer service. I was on the NYCMA website which indicated that the Best Agency represented them and that is how I was put in touch with Jackie Best. She actually steered me towards the Erie Insurance which is another company that she happens to represent. She recommended them because of their service plus I ended up saving a significant amount of money for better, more comprehensive insurance. She was easy to deal with and ask questions as I am no insurance expert by any measure. She kept her promises and delivered info when I needed it. I would highly recommend her as she is very professional, never pushy, and she optimizes insurance coverage in order to cover the things her customer values. Thanks Jackie!!
